Rob Lockard graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. He then attended the University of Tulsa and received his Masters of Business Administration. Rob has been in the financial services industry for 30 years. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 6 securities registrations with LPL Financial, and is also a licensed insurance agent with credentials in accident, life, health and variable annuity. He also has the designation of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He is a member and past president of SOAIFA, and is a past president of COAIFA. Rob resides in Ardmore and has three children.
